tsvb timeseries orders tooltip and legend opposite to each other

Elasticsearch version:7.5.0

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
When building a tsvb timeseries with multiple series I'm expecting the tooltip to be in the same order as the legend, but it's always the opposite. Se images:

Yes, unfortunately yes: elastic/elastic-charts#303
It's not just a matter of reversing the list, but we need to keep the insertion order on each configured series and reflect it into tooltip and legend sorting order

Closed via upgrade to elastic-charts 24.5 (#89822). This bug will be fixed in 7.12.0 of Kibana.
