Currently Ingest Manager is missing breadcrumbs. We should add them using new platform services across all pages.

😄 I created a similar issue on the Endpoint team recently for us to do the same. I also mentioned in our ticket (here: https://github.com/elastic/endpoint-app-team/issues/323) that we should also set the document.title so that it populates the browser history (back button). I think the NP also gives you something to set that
