  1. Configure yaml with the preconfigured action type like Server log
  2. Create alert with actions of this preconfigured action type
  3. Open alert for Edit and observe that error message about disabled actions is above:

I don't believe I've ever seen this happen! I just tried to repro on a recent master, and can't. I'm currently running with the following preconfigured actions: 1 server log, 1 slack, 3 email. No other config settings.

I think never mind? I hadn't disabled the action types before testing that. Once I do that, I see the message, and since now pre-configured actions are enabled even if their action type is disabled, so seeing that message is wrong, and what the referenced PR fixes.
