[Observability] Landing page for Observability

Summary

As a part of the new Kibana initiative to improve onboarding for new users, there will be a need for a landing page experience for all solutions. This issue tracks the implementation of the landing page for Observability.

Requirements

Here's a list of loose requirements for the landing page.

• Brief introduction to Observability and its apps
• User onboarding via a Getting started flow
• A way to either check out a demo or import sample data

Solution

The design consists of the following elements;

• Header with the Observability name and logo
• Breakdown list of the solution apps with an illustration
• Getting started button that takes the user to the add data onboarding flow
• Try it out section with links to the demo playground and sample data tutorial.
