Occurs when you scroll down below the fold. Observed on following pages:

Settings/Indices/{index pattern}:

I'm noticing this in several plugin applications too, hopefully a fix can cover all areas.

Do you know which apps specifically?

monitoring, timelion, console. The steps are slightly different, but basically shorten window height until there's a scroll-y, and then scroll down.
