[Meta] [Lens] Rollout

Over time Lens should be more prominent in the Kibana UI. This includes the following steps:

• Change Discover top values visualize options to land in Lens instead of Visualize [Lens] Visualizations triggered by Discover should be handled by Lens #67415
• New design for chart selection Group visualization into "experience" groups in the new visualization wizard #73418
• Change all beats dashboards to use Lens
• Change sample data to use Lens [Lens] Use Lens in sample data #77340
• Open Lens by default when user is adding panel from Dashboard [Lens] Open Lens by default from dashboard #77341

This rollout can happen incrementally over time as new capabilities are added to Lens.

I am closing this as the majority of the aforementioned issues have been addressed and we are currently in the process of using Lens on all our dashboards!
