We introduced custom labels to index pattern fields with #70039.

Since filters also have access to the index pattern those custom labels should also be used when adding/editing/displaying Filters

+1 I am also wondering what the purpose of these custom labels is? Is it just to make it easier to read the filter? Can this custom label be used elsewhere? Thanks!
