[Uptime][Bug] Pressing back from the waterfall loses context back on the history page #88803

When going back in the browser from looking at a waterfall chart, you are taken back to the default history page for the monitor, where the expanded row of the specific test you were looking at, is no longer expanded or in view.

This is jarring and means that you lose context of the monitor you were looking at.

This issue may go away with #80156, which is going into 7.12
