(Accessibility) Tutorial_Directory - Multiple elements on the page use the same id #89493

Open the tutorial directory

In content implemented using markup languages, elements have complete start and end tags, elements are nested according to their specifications, elements do not contain duplicate attributes, and any IDs are unique, except where the specifications allow these features.

Opened EUI issues here: elastic/eui#4454

Not sure if there will need to be work done Kibana side yet so leaving this ticket open until it's clear what the remediation plan is.
