Recent versions of Logstash will not run on Azul Zulu JDK's and possibly others due to a bug in the JDK. It is possible to workaround this issue by adding the JVM option -Djdk.io.File.enableADS=true (thanks to @sashaioffe)

We should add this information to the troubleshooting guide, including for older versions of Logstash - this issue goes back at least to 7.17.
