Update the Read Receipt avatars

Amsha to confirm actions needed but I think it's:

• Reduce to 2 icons with a + sign when 3 or more users read

This issue was raised as a part of the Bubbles project but is not dependant on the Bubbles appearance settings

I think we should confirm this change with the web team.

While testing we had feedback that read receipts can look like Sender avatars if in the middle of a chain of messages.

Hypothesis is that with changing the colour of sender bubbles, it will become clearer to distinguish between sender and reciver messages. Because of limited width on phone, adding avatar to the sender messages might not be the best option.

I'm removing the Bubbles label from this issue as it's not directly linked to Bubbles project anymore.
When we have time to design and implement read receipts on Android, we should consider bubbles layout
