Steps to reproduce

I open the locally built app and have the unread messages icon at one room. Thus I open the room and see the a red dot nearby both the threads icon and the bell icon. When I open the notification via the icon, it says that there are no visible notifications. When I open the regarding thread, I see no new messages.
It's somehow similar to this issue of element-web: element-hq/element-web#24442

I assume it has something to do with the notification about reactions. I just opened the app on Android, saw that someone reacted and when I took my reaction on that post away, the notification on my Linux-client disappeared.

Notice: I can try to provide logs when it appears again.

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expect the notification of unread messages/action to disappear.
