Disable @room mentions per-room

Right now I have a lot of "low-priority" rooms where I occasionally check or get mentioned in but I am annoyed by the occasional @room mention.

I would like a user preference to ignore @room mention notifications per-room.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

• Disabling on the room side: They are being used so presumably someone wants them. I don't want to take this away from other people, just ignore it myself.
• Disable mentions in the room: Sometimes people mention me specifically and I want to respond to those. For some rooms no mentions at all makes sense but for other rooms I want personal but not room mentions.
• Account-level setting: I want @room to work in some rooms, just not all of them.
