after the update to 1.7.1:

element-desktop 1.7.1 debian sid:

element-web 1.7.1 hosted on my server:
image

https://app.element.io shows my userpic correctly

Cannot reproduce - it's likely a local issue or temporary network failure.

I got:

psycopg2.IntegrityError: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "local_media_repository_thumbn_media_id_thumbnail_width_thum_key"
DETAIL:  Key (media_id, thumbnail_width, thumbnail_height, thumbnail_type)=(pwJGenkxEQAsZUFtmdCjriRH, 32, 32, image/png) already exists.

in homeserver.log

#2182 says it does not appear to affect local media.

Is this an another issue?

That's a synapse problem, nothing to do with Element.

Sorry, I meant matrix-org/synapse#2182.
The question is this is the same synapse issue, or another one?
