Steps to reproduce

  1. Disable "Show read receipts sent by other users" in settings
  2. Discover the app no longer tells you when you have sent your own msgs.

Outcome

What did you expect?

Show sender receipts (circles which get ticks in them), even if you don't show RRs.

What happened instead?

No idea if your messages have sent.
