I ran into this today:

I have keywords set up for turt2live, but the message did not highlight red despite me being pinged and seeing a badge. Attempts to reproduce this did not work.

Rageshake sent referencing this issue.

I have been hit by this a good handful of times, no screenshot (because more than one screenshot is pointless for this issue), pretty sure I sent a rageshake the first time it happened. For me it happens on Display Name mentions. Get pinged etc, its just not highlighted red.
