or
!guggy thing

...is there any way to actually search through a library of GIFs that have that hashtag? Or is the only option, in Riot.im, for it to pick the GIF for you?

Perhaps I'm missing something.

there isn’t, sadly. needs a proper ui, which is basically element-hq/element-meta#321
