Cannot change display refresh rate - After Update

What Happened?

I have a 165hz refresh rate monitor, but I can not set to 165hz. I can not change, Only shows me 60Hz.
I have this problem after update my system vmlinuz-5.15.0-58-generic to vmlinuz-5.19.0-45-generic
It works fine on Windows, Ubuntu 22.04, Ubuntu 23.04, Fedora 38 ...

Steps to Reproduce

It was work well until I update my system :(
