When pressing ctrl+shift+e something strange happens

Original question is here https://elementaryos.stackexchange.com/questions/16128/strange-behavior-with-ctrl-shift-e-shortcut

How to workaround this behavior? I need to use Ctrl+Shift+e hotkey inside many apps.

eOS Juno beta 2.

I'm tried to disable IBus emoji hotkey, tried to remove IBus - nothing works.

Just in case anyone is still wondering. What worked for me is to go to Language Support -> Language Tab -> Keyboard input method system -> choose XIM. After that, reboot the system(or simple logout may be enough) and it should be good.
