Just like elementary/greeter#120 and elementary/gala#303, Wingpanel fails to build against Mutter-3.30 because of missing libmutter-3.vapi (see greeter or gala for the error, this is the exact same).

In addition to the instructions provided here : elementary/gala#303
(Replace "Fix API Changes" patch by the following one and skip schema override section)

Here are the patch to make it build against mutter 3.30 (meson deps + api changes) :

Unlike Gala, Wingpanel seems to work 100% OK without any bug.
