Customer custom fields support

This release adds a new feature to enable synchronization of custom fields on the customer entity (created via EAV) from Magento to Emarsys.

The additional fields in the Magento instance are listed in the Field Matching dialog of the Emarsys UI so that they can be mapped to Emarsys fields. Extra fields are also available in triggered events data.
