Funds not showing in wallet even though the address has a balance #1121

I made an Emerald Wallet, and received a couple payments.

One of the payments (the first one) won't confirm for awhile

The second one has confirmed (12 confs as of writing this)

No funds show in my wallet.

What can be done to solve this? How can I extract the private keys for the addresses shown?

The seed of the wallet isn't generating the same addresses as the original wallet. (must be using a different path...)

I need some way to extract the private keys from the wallet for the addresses that are being shown
