Sometimes in PHP-HTML is Emmet not showing

Hello,

i experienced that sometimes (sometimes many times) the Emmet popup is not showing respectively the auto-complete is not working. I don't know if this is a Nova issue or the Emmet issue, but other "non-emmet" pop-up offers are showing so i think this can be a bug in Emmet. This happens in PHP-HTML syntax. In CSS na JS until now i did not experience this.

Of course i tried restart the Nova app and also MacOS.
