Broken URL for INSDC Country List

Quoting https://wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/ena/submit/webin/app-checklist/sample/true while preparing to upload some samples, having selected the "GSC MIxS miscellaneous natural or artificial environment" checklist, mandatory fields:

geographic location (country and/or sea)

The location the sample was collected from with the intention of sequencing, as defined by the country or sea. Country or sea names should be chosen from the INSDC country list (http://insdc.org/country.html).

The URL given for the INSDC country list http://insdc.org/country.html no longer works, the most recent archive.org capture was from July 2022 https://web.archive.org/web/20220720103614/https://www.insdc.org/country.html with a 404 error page recorded in October 2022.

The page appears to have moved to https://www.insdc.org/submitting-standards/country-qualifier-vocabulary/ without a redirection being setup.

The INSDC page footer says "Site maintained by the External Services team at EMBL-EBI" but there is no obvious contact route. Hopefully you can:

1. Add a redirect from http://insdc.org/country.html to https://www.insdc.org/submitting-standards/country-qualifier-vocabulary/
2. Update the URLs used in the checklists shown on the Webin Portal.

Sadly still not fixed a year later. I'll open a ticket through "contact us".

Now also that page goes 404 btw: https://www.insdc.org/submitting-standards/country-qualifier-vocabulary/

It's been renamed to https://www.insdc.org/submitting-standards/geo_loc_name-qualifier-vocabulary/ again without redirect
