[Issue] Bluetooth works, but no devices showing up

• Yes. I have read the Usage and Troubleshooting pages of the wiki: https://end-4.github.io/dots-hyprland-wiki/en/i-i/04troubleshooting/
• I have made sure that both my config and system packages are up to date
• Linux distro: Endeavor (Arch-based) , fresh install with immediate dotfiles installation.

The issue

So. I could get them to show up only one time, with rebooting/restarting services. But now this also gone. There's no devices in GUI, but sometimes couple empty bluetooth device instances in side-panel that are impossible to connect to. And bluetoothctl usually finds many BT devices. Is it some kind of conflict between bt tools? Because I hadn't been installing anything related to wifi or bluetooth controls.

enable bluetooth through sudo systemctl enable bluetooth
sudo systemctl start --now bluetooth then restart AGS by Ctrl+ Super+R

only use bluez and bluez-utils for gui things blueberry does the job
