Since the wilma-service-api java library only use direct http calls to Wilma instance, and the platform is irrelevant, we may create the same library for .NET users.

Initial solution is on master, further steps:

  • wiki/documentation
  • need to integrate into Travis/CI.

Travis CI, use mono 3.x, but we need 4.x - so Travis will not build it for us as of now....
