Shell script wrapper to common Kafka maintenance routines

Installation

Clone to a Kafka broker or machine where Kafka has been installed
Open kafka_tool.cfg and enter the correct values for the Kafka broker's hostname, Zookeeper hostname, and paths to the bin directories for Kafka and Zookeeper.

./kafka_tool.sh -h
./empty_topic.sh -h
