It would be great to add hospitalisations to the submissions (presumably using the convolution model?) for the available countries. Data available at https://github.com/epiforecasts/covid19-forecast-hub-europe/blob/main/data-truth/ECDC/truth_ECDC-Incident%20Hospitalizations.csv
