Need to reduce the lines in the packages section just to relevant ones for this script (just lowdown?). See lines 8 and 13.

Make this work for multiple datasets for different countries from different years - create option to specify countries/years needed for each project? For now keep to KR (kids recode) datasets containing child data.

I have for now created 2 functions: with_profile() and expand_catalogue(). Look at the documentation of the first function. I will later on write tutorials on how to assemble a pipeline into a function to download multiple data sets in one go, selecting for country, year, and type of data.
Note also that I have moved the initial 3 R scripts to the folder named ignored.
