Descriptions in Content.ggpk are listed with $1 to $2 despite ingame only being displayed as $1-$2.
The second format is however used internally displayed to show that a specific stat has a rollable range whereas the first one shows that those are two different stats that have a specific meaning ingame (i.e. min/max range for rollable values e.g. damage).
This makes it hard to clearly communicate what is rollable by a divine and what is actually rolled ingame when doing other calculations.
