We should create a new release. Recently, we have worked quite a bit on the file structure which deserves to increase the version number. We should just wait one or two weeks though to see if all of this works well (see #185 for instance).

After, it might make sense to think of a release schedule, so we know when and why we want to make new releases. So far, we simply added things to the changelog and just had a long chain of development versions. Which is also ok, but some people may want to work with stable versions, and it will help in projects and papers to reference the version.
