Today we have several packages that are dependant on one and another. To ensure they are published with correct dependant versions they need to be published manually in correct order.

To simplify publishing of packages and ensure correct version of dependencies we suggest merging them all together into one "packages" publish workflow.

We will keep a separate additional publish for icons as this is often updated/published individually.
