+4 oz. chocolate chips  
+1 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar  
+pinch salt  
+1/2 tsp. vanilla  
+* heat milk to 160°F
+* add chocolate chips, sugar, and salt and whisk until chocolate is melted
+* remove from heat and add vanilla
+* makes two servings
