Javaでのラムダはinterfaceの実装の書き方が改善されたもの
JavaScriptとかのように関数そのものをオブジェクトとして扱えるわけではない

supplier.get()じゃなくてsupplier()とは呼び出せない

@FunctionalInterfaceの付加は必須ではない。
が、付けておくと要件を満たさない場合にコンパイラが怒ってくれるし、FunctionalInterfaceとして使うことを想定していることを明示できる。
