Implement a Metadata Display Driven Search Endpoint for OCR/HOCR and Annotations

What?

Similar to our current Strawberry field search endpoint, but this one processes on the backend also the template to fetch the proper canvases, needs to calculate offsets and do in general way more processing that the other one. Needed for complex manifests when the parentOf and each child with a single Resource is not enough to assume the order of appearance of a manifest.

This will also need to be a setting in the Viewers that can use it. in Specific for OSD and IABookreader. The endpoints can be used directly on a IIIF Manifest to allow IIIF API Search too.
