After accepting an OTA firmware update for Bluetooth Proxy (I believe it was v24.8.2), my proxy no longer works. I see errors like this in the Home Assistant log:
WARNING (MainThread) [aioesphomeapi.connection] esp32-bluetooth-proxy-xxxxxx @ x.x.x.x: Connection error occurred: esp32-bluetooth-proxy-xxxxxx @ x.x.x.x: The connection dropped immediately after encrypted hello; Try enabling encryption on the device or turning off encryption on the client (Home Assistant 2024.7.4).

A clean install onto the esp32 from https://esphome.io/projects/?type=bluetooth appears to give the same result.
I also see two different update entities on this device, similar to what was reported in esphome/firmware#251.
