The TH cannot be connected (CON-1447)

Excuse me, I would like to ask why my device is not connected to the Test Harness?
Test Harness-Ubuntu-Raspi：Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS.
Environment; docekr image-espressif/esp-matter:release-v1.3_idf_v5.2.1.
SoC:ESP32-C6

@2522957270 As per your logs, it looks TH is unable to find the device on the IP network.

Is your TH and ESP32-C6 connected to the same Wi-Fi network? Can you please check if you can ping the C6 from your TH?

Please share the ESP32-C6 logs to check the device behaviour.
