Hi.

The doc of 'cnvkit.py access' in readthedocs is out of date.

The pipeline executed by the batch command is equivalent to:
cnvkit.py access baits.bed --fasta hg19.fa -o access.hg19.bed

but

# cnvkit.py version
0.9.3
#cnvkit.py access -h
usage: cnvkit.py access [-h] [-s MIN_GAP_SIZE] [-x EXCLUDE] [-o FILENAME]
                        fa_fname
...
