website is not user experience friendly, would be nice to have a release versions list for the major

Can you explain a little more what you're looking for? Currently supported/patched versions? Or something else?

Hi Jberkus,
it would be nice to have a list of kubernetes supported versions for every etcdctl version, like a support matrix or a simple list.

EG: etcd and etcdctl v.3.5.x works for kubernetes version 1.26.x or higher

If the page is already present, sorry, but I can't figure it out how to reach them.

Best regards

Oh thanks! I don't know if such a page exists. We'll leave this open until we either find one, or create it.

Noting that there was a historic issue to add etcd versions to the the kubernetes version skew documentation here: kubernetes/website#12233. It was closed as stale and could potentially be resurrected if someone had time to volunteer to work on it.

At a baseline level in the kubernetes etcd ops guide https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/configure-upgrade-etcd it's called out that:

The minimum recommended etcd versions to run in production are 3.4.22+ and 3.5.6+.
