As a developer, I want to have access to a common Ethereum testnet that is optimized for disk size requirements and compatibility with go-ethereum, core-geth, erigon and parity (depreceated) clients, in order to effectively test tracers and identify problematic transactions.
It will be nice to have the option to add any problematic transactions that may not currently exist on the chosen testnet.
Alternatively we can utilize Mordor testnet for testing Parity and Core-geth. Then use another testnet for testing go-ethereum with only core-geth, as it is harder to get depreceated Parity to sync with today's testnets.
