FEATURE: Integrate HSM groups to backup and restore commands

Export hardware components pattern from an hsm group when doing a backup and get hsm group definition out of a hw component pattern and create the hsm group when restoring a cluster

I'd suggest adding this as an optional flag, for those who just want to take a snapshot of a current vCluster to restore on the same system later on.
