The test accuracy on Cifar100 is 1%

Hello, when I try to port it from cifar10 to cifar100, following here
The test accuracy cannot increase.
What do I miss?
FYI. the dataset should be right since the network in that repo can achieve 49% after 80000 iterations.

Update:
I have changed the number of output from 10 -> 100
I guess it should be solved
