sync error on hdd but I am sure same command work well in 2018 Setpember

There is some sync error, and I find a issue #14381 and closed because it's fixed. But It still appear in geth VERSION: 1.8.18-stable-58632d44

I am running two nodes(rinkeby) deploy by a sme ansible playbook, one ssd disk , one hdd disk.

This is the command which I start geth node geth --rinkeby --syncmode=full --ws --wsaddr="0.0.0.0" --wsport "8546" --wsorigins "*" --rpcvhosts {{domainHttp}} --rpc --rpccorsdomain "*" --rpcaddr "0.0.0.0" --rpcapi="eth,net,web3,personal" --cache=2048

The problem appear on the hdd disk one; and the ssd one work well, Do I really need to upgrade hdd to ssd? But the same machine start a new rinkeby well in 2018 setember
