First of you can use http://etherscan.io/ to verify your transactions/balance.

Most of the time users expect the balance to show up, without knowing their wallet has to be fully synced. Please make sure it is fully synced and give me a quick ping!

And what do I need to do to synchronize my wallet?

I already have a purse. I made the replenishment with btc, but ETH still did not come to the wallet.
You say you need to do the synchronization.
Please send the instruction where it is written how I can do it

Make sure you firewall allows "geth.exe" or "mist.exe". Then make sure that you have the correct version running for you OS, e.g. 64bit or 32bit.

For test purposes you can also download the latest geth and start it via cmd.exe and see what the log outputs: https://gethstore.blob.core.windows.net/builds/geth-windows-amd64-1.5.9-a07539fb.exe

What the repo owners need to explain better is that the first time you run the app, it takes a REALLY long time for the initial sync - and that the sync status is actually displayed in the top middle part of the app.
@IvanLimarev in your case, it shows 0% and some 2 million blocks left for sync.

I had the same situation, got worried a little bit, then waited (with the app running). After some 2 hours the app was fully synced and the ethereum was in my wallet.

How much should I wait?
It's been 12 hours and the unit has not been rescheduled.
Too long, look at the pictures.
What should I do that would appear on my wallet ETH that I bought?

@IvanLimarev For me it the windows x64 wallet gets stuck synchronizing every few minutes. Try that if you see the number of blocks left stays the same. I had to close it and start it again (still not fully synced yet). The macOS version synchronized much quicker (about 2 hours?).

Thank you @zawasp for jumping in!
The primary factor in speed is the type of your storage device. (mechanical) HDDs are known to be rather slow with a full sync taking about 10-20h. SSDs - that are also shipped with most modern Macs - do the sync in 1-2h.

@Zales92 if the TX does not show up on http://etherscan.io please get in contact with the service/exchange/3rd-person that should have sent the Ether.
