We have an updated proposal for reducing the code chunking overhead: ipsilon/eof#98

We are working on analysing a large number of contracts, but initial checks are promising: 0.1% overhead for Uniswap, all others we checked were <0.7%, worst case overhead is 4.1%, while the overhead of the current code chunking is a constant 3.2%

With this change the overhead for EOFv1 also becomes 0%.

(pushing this call back to May 20th, since light agenda and folks are a bit busy)
