[Bug] Incorrect Expense Status Selection

Issue:

Users can select the incorrect status for an expense. Since the list displays different statuses for various types of expenses, such as Tax Deductible, Not Tax Deductible, and Billable to Contact, these should be validated before saving the expense.

Expected Condition:

• Validate the selected status for each expense type before saving.
• Ensure that the status accurately reflects the nature of the expense (e.g., Tax Deductible, Not Tax Deductible, Billable to Contact).
• Improve the user experience by preventing incorrect status selection and ensuring accurate financial tracking.
