[Bug] Error Message Not Displayed on “Add Employee” Pop-up Screen

Issue:

When there is any issue on the “Add Employee” pop-up screen that prevents the user from moving to the next screen, an error message should be displayed to the user.

Expected Condition:

An error message should be displayed to the user when there is an issue on the “Add Employee” pop-up screen that prevents progressing to the next screen.
