New languages not shown

Hi, I am trying to use v2.0.1 of the frontend.
I'd like to run the container in italian (it) by default. I've seen that the anguage is present in the container, however is not shown in the ui.
Other recently added translations seem to have the same bug.

Also: I could't find which environment variable to set in order to change the default language.

Hi, I just fixed this by coincidence haha: #1011
I'll make a minor release to include this fix

There's currently no environment variable to set the default language. Isn't selecting it in the UI enough? I am not really sure what problem that would solve.
