Uncertain item in RDF-dump

I have a coin in a regular collection and it has a reference to a conceptual record.
I can see the coin in the nomisma RDF dump. All fine so far.
Then I change the "certainty" of the reference to "http://nomisma.org/id/uncertain_value".
Now the coin will not be inside the nomisma RDF dump.
Is this a wanted behaviour?

Background:
The coin has reference to a coin hoard. When the coin is not placed inside the nomisma RDF dump, then it will not appear in the list "Coins from the Hoard" at the bottom of the hoard.
