GITHUB plays nicely with CircleCI, which we have licenses for. It'd be great to have a simple pipeline that:

Pulls code
Runs tests
Checks for a successful build

Stretch Goals

If a merge to master, check for version number change - block if the version is identical

brendoncaulkins added the enhancement label
